All dogs are different. They have different personalities and different likes and dislikes that is why it is important to have as many techniques as possible.
There is an often-discussed debate on whether purely motivational training is better than correction-based methods. Both have their advantages. I have trained hundreds of dogs of all ages, breeds and behavioral issues and I have learned that a combination of both works best.
What separates our program from the others:
- Your dog stays with me and my pets in my house, not a separate building.
- We load up daily and take short trips to go for runs or socialization. These short trips sometimes help dogs that get car sick.
- Your pet will learn: sit-stays, down-stays, loose leash walking, recall (come command) and the place command. We also work on counter surfing and jumping and any other bad behaviors your dog has picked up.
- We work with a small number of dogs which ensures more one-on-one with your pet.
- The foundation your dog receives will give you and your dog a leg up on the competition if you decide to compete in any of the many dog sports available or the Canine Good Citizenship (CGC).
- Daily playtimes with other dogs.
